Shared Note 		Mary Gorton was English according to Nana.
She died of tuberculosis at 63 yrs old, so calculate her death date to be about 1915.
Acording to oral interview with Nana, Mary Augusta's birthdate was August 19, 1852 and she was born in Hartwell, Ohio.
10/1/05: I believe that this place of birth is a mistake- she is listed in the 1860 census as being in Ottawa tnp, Allen Co., OH. Were they in Hartwell, Hamilton in 1850? No.
*Mary Augusta was probably born in Mecca, Trumbull County, OH because her parents were on the 1850 census there living with Lucinda's perents, John and Emaline Roberts.
It is unlikely that they would go all the way to Cincinnati to have a baby and then be back again in 1860 to have Ella in Kinsman, unless they were traveling on the river and she had the baby without warning...
May 19 was on some papers
Mom's notes say Mary was 5 years younger
Mom's notes say George and Mary A. were married in Mecca, OH but also say Warren in another place.
